How to Buy Tickets – Shwe Mandalar Express

Users can purchase tickets via the website, Shwe Mandalar app, agent, KBZPay Mini app, or UAB Pay App.

1. Search Bus Routes

  1. Open the app or website home screen.

  2. Enter the following details:

    • From (departure city)

    • To (destination city)

    • Travel Date

    • Ticket Type

    • Number of Passengers

  3. Tap Search. The system redirects you to the Bus Listing Page.

2. Bus Listing Page – Select Bus & Seat

  • On this page, users can either:

    1. Tap “Buy Ticket” → proceed directly to purchase.

    2. Tap “View” → see detailed bus information.

      • Then tap Choose Seat → move to Seat Selection Screen.

  • On the Seat Selection Screen, select an available seat.

  • The UI shows:

    • Selected seat (e.g., A1)

    • Total fare at the bottom of the screen

3. Booking Checkout

  • Enter required information:

    • Name and Phone Number

    • NRC (National Registration Card) – optional

    • Passenger Type

    • Optional Note

  • Agree to Terms and Conditions by checking the box.

  • Tap Continue to Checkout.

4. Ticket Confirmation

  • Review all booking details:

    • Bus and route information

  • Tap Confirm Booking to proceed to payment.

5. Payment – Enter PIN

  • Review transaction details on the payment screen.

  • Tap Pay → redirected to payment gateway.

  • Enter your security PIN on the on-screen keypad to authorize payment.

6. Purchased Ticket Complete

  • After successful payment, the ticket is generated.

  • Users can receive their ticket via SMS.
